Supervision Entertainment is pleased to announce that an opportunity now exists for major companies to submit bids to acquire the NAMING RIGHTS for a new 80,000 -100,000 seat state-of-the-art stadium to be built in the Memphis area.

The stadium is similar in size to the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles but is part of a $6.5 Billion dollar development and attraction known as MAGIC GARDENS USA which includes a 4,200 room Condo/Hotel, two convention centre's, two 1,000,000 sq ft waterparks (the largest in the world, one is called SPACE PARK and the other is called JURASSIC PARK) an aquarium similar to the Atlanta and Dubai aquariums showing the importance of tropical fish and coral reefs, theme parks with thrill rides, a Classics 3,500 seat state of the art theatre/recording studio for symphonic, ballet and opera performances as well as other classic performances and a global Live Streaming television production and broadcast centre.

Supervision is now accepting bids for the NAMING RIGHTS for the stadium which are expected to surpass the $650 Million ten-year deal that SoFi paid for the Los Angeles Stadium NAMING RIGHTS.

The stadium is designed to accommodate the seating and playing surface of major sporting organizations from the Olympics to FIFA, International Athletics, International Rugby, NFL and other major sports. In addition, the Stadium can hold a variety of events including major concerts, trade shows, political gatherings, conventions, equine shows, rodeos and more.

The attraction lies on almost 600 +/- of prime commercial land just 15 minutes from the centre of Memphis and the Memphis International airport. It is also moments away from "Graceland" the home of Elvis and Pricilla Presley attraction which is visited by well over a million Elvis fans every year. Part of the 600+/- acres was also owned by Elvis and it is where he and Pricilla spent their honeymoon. The cottage where they honeymooned will be preserved and restored to its original condition and visitors to the MAGIC GARDENS attraction will be able to see the cottage in its original condition.

The MAGIC GARDENS attraction is designed by the same international and award winning architects that designed GARDENS BY THE BAY (www.gardensbythebay.com) in Singapore, which in less than nine years has become the 8th most popular tourist attraction on the world with over 220 million visitors and a revenue generated of $5.4 Billion.

When fully developed Supervision anticipates that the attraction, known as MAGIC GARDENS, will attract between 5-10 million visitors a year. The project will create between 8,000 10,000 full and part time jobs for the area.

The 4,200 room Condo/Hotel (like the 3,200 room Grand Old Opry Hotel in Nashville) will soon start the pre-sales of the units which are priced between $465,000 - $3,5 million for the penthouses. Investors in these units will share in the nightly revenues on a 50/50 basis if left in the hotel pool. The hotel looks over a 45-acre lake that at night becomes a spectacular light show with 50 holograms rising from the lake, lasers, Bellagio like fountain displays and more.

The project is being funded by a Limited Partnership available to individual investors, private and public companies, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, corporate partners, entertainment companies, hotel operating chains, governments and similar attractions who may wish to partner.

The project is subject to initial funding requirements but Supervision Entertainment expects that due the enormous interest in the project and the underlying educational, scientific, research, entertainment, and sports elements involved and the benefits of this global attraction to children and adults alike, that the site preparation should begin early in 2026.
