ALLIANCE, Neb. — An Alliance man has been arrested on multiple counts of child sexual assault following a joint investigation by the Alliance Police Department and the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.

On Sept. 20, police received a report from DHHS alleging sexual abuse involving multiple children. Investigators conducted forensic interviews and determined there was probable cause to issue three arrest warrants for third-degree sexual assault of a child.

TooFeathers Bueno, 35, was taken into custody without incident and is being held at the Box Butte County Jail on a $10,000 bond.

During the investigation, Bueno consented to a search of his cell phone. The device will undergo forensic examination by the Alliance Police Department as part of the ongoing case.

The investigation remains active.
