VALENTINE, Neb. - Some Valentine residents will be without water for part of the day Friday as city crews work to repair a valve at Second and Wood streets.

The City of Valentine Water Department says service will be shut off from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The outage will impact 1st through 4th streets between Main and Wood.

Officials note water could be restored sooner if repairs are finished ahead of schedule.
