Missing person: Rosebud Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement asking for public’s help

ST. FRANCIS, S.D. - Rosebud Sioux Tribe Law Enforcement is requesting the public’s help in locating a missing person. Trenton Kills in Water was last seen Wednesday, Aug. 21, walking north of St. Francis.

Authorities have received unverified reports that Kills in Water was spotted at the Rosebud Fair over the weekend, but these sightings have not yet been confirmed.
