ALLIANCE, Neb. — Authorities in Alliance are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 21-year-old woman last seen in Wyoming.

Bianca Isabel Moreno, a Native American female, contacted a friend saying her sister had left her at a truck stop in Wyoming. However, when the friend reached out to the sister, she was unaware of the situation and immediately reported Bianca missing.

According to law enforcement, the Platte County Sheriff's Office in Wyoming had contact with Bianca a few hours before she was reported missing. Deputies responded after she called 911 from a truck stop in Chugwater, Wyo. saying she did not feel safe because one of the individuals she was with was on drugs. When deputies arrived, they found Bianca alone and saw no sign of the people she mentioned.

Authorities say Bianca does not have an active cell phone plan and relies on Wi-Fi apps for communication, making it difficult to track her location.

She is described as 4 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing 110 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She has a belly button and nose piercing, as well as several tattoos, including the phrase “There’s my girl” on her chest and shoulder, lyrics and a hand symbol on her right wrist, stars on the back of her right hand and additional tattoos on her back.

Anyone with information on Bianca's whereabouts is urged to contact the Alliance Police Department at 308-762-4955 or their local law enforcement agency.
