NORFOLK, Neb. -- A Norfolk man is facing charges following a weekend crash. 

It happened Saturday afternoon near 13th St. and Michigan Ave. in southern Norfolk. 

Police said 43-year-old William Clay was one of the two drivers that crashed.

Authorities said Clay failed a field sobriety test at the scene and a later chemical test showed his blood alcohol level was three times the legal limit. 

Clay was arrested for third offense DUI. 

No word on whether or not anyone was injured.
