Authorities make felony arrest in downtown Kimball

KIMBALL -- At approximately 12:52 p.m. Thursday afternoon, officers with the Kimball Police Department conducted a felony stop, resulting in the arrest of a Kimball resident.
Chief of Police Jose Ruiz said after investigating allegations of sexual assault, they obtained probable cause for the arrest of 30-year-old Ryan Rowley.
Officers then located the subject and made the arrest with assistance from the Kimball County Sheriff’s Office.
Rowley has been charged with two counts of Sexual Assault in the First Degree. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Kimball County Detention Center.
All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
