BRIDGEPORT, Neb. – A juvenile was injured Wednesday night in a rollover crash on a rural road in Morrill County, according to the Morrill County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies were dispatched at approximately 10:22 p.m. after Life 360 reported a possible vehicle accident near County Roads 105 and 104. Responding officers found a vehicle on its roof occupied by two juveniles.

One of the occupants was transported to Morrill County Community Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators said both occupants were wearing seatbelts at the time of the crash. Preliminary findings indicate the driver lost control while negotiating a curve in the roadway.

The sheriff’s office reminded drivers to slow down when approaching curves, especially on rural roads, and to always wear a seatbelt.
