POTTER – Potter-Dix rolled to a 74-30 Homecoming win over Sioux County on Friday night in Potter.

Sophomore Callen McConnell threw for 54 yards and two touchdowns while rushing for another score, finishing with 72 total yards and an interception return. He also forced a fumble.

Senior Landon Gasseling scored twice—one rushing and one punt return—while adding 78 all-purpose yards and seven PATs on eight attempts.

Senior Dylan Tabor added two rushing touchdowns and 76 yards on five carries. Freshman William Dana powered the ground game with a team-high 102 rushing yards and two touchdowns. Kyle Lenstrom, Tyler McManigal and John Dhooge also found the end zone for the Coyotes.

Potter-Dix racked up 320 yards of offense, including 252 on the ground, with nine total touchdowns.

Defensively, McConnell, Gasseling and Dhooge each recorded seven tackles, while Drew Jeppson led the way with nine.

Potter-Dix (3-1) will host to Leyton (3-0) on Friday on 987 The Big Boy. Sioux County fell to 1-2 with the loss and hosts Hay Springs on Friday.
