RUSHVILLE, Ne. -- An Alliance woman is facing felony charges in the death of a Sheridan County man.

An Arrest Warrant for Tamara Bingham, 26, of Alliance, was signed September 11. She faces charges of Murder in the First Degree, Use of a Firearm to Commit a Felony, and Improper Disposal of Human Skeletal Remains.

On October 14, Bingham entered a plea of Not Guilty.

Ebran Sifuentes, 29, was reported missing since August 27. Human remains were found in rural Box Butte County. In September, the Nebraska State Patrol reported the remains were confirmed to be Sifuentes. 

The NSP arrested Tamara Bingham, 26, of Alliance, for first degree murder. Investigators also arrested Matthew Landreth, 36, of Alliance, as an accessory to a felony.

If found guilty, Bingham could face life imprisonment for First Degree Murder, five to 50 years for Use of a Firearm to Commit a Felony, and up to two years and 12 months post-release supervision for Improper Disposal of Human Remains.

Her next court date is December 9 in Sheridan County District Court.
