CHADRON, Neb. — A small fire at a Chadron laundromat was quickly contained earlier today, resulting in minimal damage and no injuries.

According to the Chadron Police Department, the fire broke out inside a local laundromat and prompted a response from the Chadron Volunteer Fire Department. Firefighters were able to control the situation quickly, preventing the fire from spreading and limiting damage to the building.

Police said there were no reported injuries associated with the incident. Temporary traffic disruptions occurred in the area while emergency crews worked at the scene.
