KIMBALL -- Braxton Miller now holds the Career Assist Record for Men’s Basketball at Kimball – the first to break the record since 2000.
The past Assist Record was held by Adam Bohac from 1997-2000 where he had 358 assists in a high school career. At the SPVA Conference last week, Miller broke that record. Going into the season, he had 314 assists.
“It just goes to show the type of team player that Braxton is more than anything; an assist leads to a teammate’s basket out there,” said Coach Trevor Anderson. “He’s been a multi-year captain for us. He leads by example, and that’s a perfect example of a ‘team first’ mentality where he’s always looking to help out his teammates be successful on the court as well.”
