The Kimball girls basketball team hosted their only solo game of the season on Tuesday night. Inviting Mitchell for a match-up of two teams that played in the SPVA Tournament last week but did not meet.

It was senior night for the longhorns as they recognized five girls basketball players, one manager and two boys wrestlers before the game. The five seniors basketball players than started the game for the longhorns.

After taking an early lead, the lady longhorns fell behind the lady tigers by as many as eight points before coming back to tie the game at 28 going into halftime. They took the lead on an Addy Olsen layup eight seconds into the third quarter and wouldn't look back. While the lady tigers stayed close through the third quarter, they got into foul trouble in the fourth. Kimball won 60-53.
