Louisville advances to Subdistrict C1-3 Final

LOUISVILLE, NE - The Louisville Lions defended their den on Tuesday, eliminating the Syracuse Rockets from the Subdistrict C1-3 Girls Basketball Tournament, 37-25, as heard on B103.

The Lions led from the get-go, holding a 12-5 lead after the first frame and building on to it from there. Louisville was led by the eleven points of Noelle Larson, while Lilly Bax & Carly Haun each hit for eight. Syracuse got a dozen points from Bridget Donovan, but nobody else scored more than six. The Rockets' season ends with a record of 10-15, while Louisville is now 18-6. The Lions will go up against Platteview on Thursday in the Subdistrict Finals.
