- A Valentine Cemetery Board meeting will be held on Thursday, February 5, at 5:00 PM in the meeting room of the Valentine Public Library
- A Gordon Airport Authority meeting will be held on Thursday, February 5, at 6:00 PM in the City Council Chambers at the Gordon City Auditorium.
- The Sons of the American Legion Squadron 90 will meet on Thursday, February 5, at 7:00 PM at the Vets Club in Valentine.
- Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership Commodities will be delivered on Friday, February 6, from 2:30 to 3:00 Central at the Cherry County Fairgrounds in Valentine for seniors age 60 & over with limited income. - The Gordon Tree Board will meet on Monday, February 9, at 5:00 PM in the City Council Chambers at the Gordon City Auditorium.
- A Gordon-Rushville School Board meeting will be held on Monday, February 9, at 5:30 PM in the Conference/Board Room at Gordon-Rushville High School.
- The Hay Springs School Board will meet on Monday, February 9, at 6:30 PM in the Hay Springs School Cafeteria.
- The Sheridan County Board of Equalization will meet at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, February 10, in the Commissioners Office at the Sheridan County Courthouse in Rushville. A meeting of the Sheridan County Commissioners will follow at 9:15.
- A Cherry County Commissioners meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 10, at 10:00 AM in the Commissioners Meeting Room at the Cherry County Courthouse in Valentine.
- A meeting of the Sheridan County Highway Department will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 10, in the Road Department office at the Sheridan County Courthouse Annex in Rushville.
- The Gordon City Library Board will meet at 4:30 PM on Tuesday, February 10, at the Gordon Public Library.
- A Hay Springs City Council meeting will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, February 10, at Hay Springs City Hall.
- The Valentine School Board will meet on Wednesday, February 11, at 5:00 PM at Valentine High School
- Private applicator training will be held from 12:30 to 3:30 on Wednesday, February 11, at the Bennett County Library in Martin.
- The Martin American Legion Auxiliary will meet on Wednesday, February 11, at 5:00 PM at the Martin American Legion Club. The agenda includes selection of the Member of the Year.
- The Martin City Council will meet on Wednesday, February 11, at 5:30 PM in the Bennett County Library Community Room.

- A Valentine City Council meeting will be held on Thursday, February 12, at 6:00 PM in the meeting room of the Valentine Public Library.
- The Gordon City Council will meet on Thursday, February 12, at 6:00 PM in the City Council Chambers at the Gordon City Auditorium.
- The 25th Annual Heart City Bull Bash will be held on Saturday, February 14, on Main Street in Valentine.
- A Bennett County School Board meeting will be held on Monday, February 16, at 5:00 PM in the Community Room at the Bennett County Library in Martin.
- The Martin Area Chamber of Commerce will meet at 10:30 AM on Thursday, February 19, at the Local Exchange.
- A Cherry County Commissioners meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 24, at 10:00 AM in the Commissioners Meeting Room at the Cherry County Courthouse in Valentine.
- Hunters age 12 to 29 must have proof of completion of Firearm Hunter Education and or Bowhunter education. Hybrid courses will be held on Saturday, February 28, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the Mid-Plains Community College Campus in Valentine.
