RAPID CITY, S.D. - Rapid City firefighters helped Game Fish and Parks remove a young mountain lion from a tree, according to a Facebook post by Rapid City, SD Professional Firefighters. The lion was located in a southside neighborhood near 5th Street and Minnesota Avenue. Authorities tranquilized the mountain lion, and firefighters were on hand to catch it as it fell from the tree.
