Fatal crash reported on I-80 west of North Platte

NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) - Law enforcement are on scene of a two-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 80, approximately three miles west of North Platte.
The crash was reported shortly after 10:10 a.m. Thursday. A van came to rest in the north ditch, and a second vehicle came to rest in the south ditch.
The Nebraska State Patrol and the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office are investigating the deadly crash. The number of deaths is not yet confirmed.
Traffic impact
Westbound and eastbound traffic on I-80 is currently reduced to one lane near the crash site. The public is urged to use caution when approaching the scene.
