Kimball announces water tower and supply maintenance
The City of Kimball will be temporarily draining the 1-milliongallon water storage tank. The procedure is part of a scheduled rehabilitation project . During this period, the City’s three municipal wells will remain fully operational and will continue to supply water at a combined capacity of up to 1.4 million gallons per day.

Nebraska State Patrol Troopers arrest Wisconsin attempted homicide suspect
Wednesday morning, the Nebraska State Patrol was alerted that the suspect was believed to be traveling through Nebraska on I-80. Troopers stopped the suspect near the Alda exit where he was taken into custody.
