Verizon has announced that today’s network disruption has been fully resolved, according to a statement from the company.

Verizon has announced that today’s network disruption has been fully resolved, according to a statement from the company. News Channel Nebraska reached out to Verizon after customers across Nebraska, as well as the nation, reported issues.

“If you are still having issues, we recommend restarting your device,” a Verizon representative told NCN.

Around 11 a.m. CT, Verizon tweeted on X (formerly Twitter), "We are aware of an issue impacting service for some customers. Our engineers are engaged and we are working quickly to identify and solve the issue."

According to Downdetector, reports of Verizon network problems began around 8:30 a.m., with a few hundred users reporting disruptions. By 10 a.m., that number spiked to over 100,000.
