ST. FRANCIS, S.D. - The Todd County School District and St. Francis Indian School will be releasing students early on Monday because of the weather and road conditions. St. Francis will be closing at 12:30 p.m., with students eating lunch before leaving. All after-school activities are canceled, and basketball games will be rescheduled.

Todd County will also be ending the school day at 12:30 p.m because of the deteriorating road conditions. Buses will run at 12:30.
