Three men charged after report of man pointing a gun at Valentine house

VALENTINE, Neb. - Three men are facing charges after the Valentine Police Department and Cherry County Sheriff’s Office received a report about a man pointing a gun at people and a house.
Authorities arrived at the 200 block of South Helen Street on May 8 at 9:30 AM. Police said 21-year-old Rudy Blackbull was brandishing what appeared to be a gun in a threatening manner. The weapon was later found to be an airsoft gun.

Blackbull is charged with terroristic threats and criminal trespassing.


Two other men are also facing charges in connection with the incident. They arrested 28-year-old Raven Blackbull for terroristic threats made toward an officer, and 38-year-old Robert Packard Jr. for terroristic threats made toward an officer and obstructing a peace officer.
