Alliance police warn of e-bike dangers after 11-year-old injured in crash

Alliance police are warning parents and young riders after an 11-year-old on an e-bike was injured in a crash Friday morning. Officers say they’ve stopped juveniles for reckless e-bike behavior seven times in the past week alone.
