A routine training night for Sidney firefighters and EMS crews quickly turned into the real thing Thursday evening.
The severe weather threat across western Nebraska increased Saturday afternoon as forecasters issued a Tornado Watch for portions of the southern Nebraska Panhandle, northeast Colorado and northwest Kansas.
