Attorney Hilgers announced his office has filed a Petition for Disciplinary Action against Steven F. Shannon, M.D., a Nebraska-licensed physician and orthopedic surgeon. Coworkers reported that Shannon created a hostile and problematic work environment for mid-level and nursing staff.
