Coaches and players announced for Northeast Nebraska All-Star Football Classic
The rosters and coaching staffs are set for the 2026 Northeast Nebraska All-Star Football Classic.

NORFOLK, Neb. — The rosters and coaching staffs are set for the 2026 Northeast Nebraska All-Star Football Classic.
The event’s board of directors announced the participating players, coaches and officials on Monday. The game will be played on Friday, June 12 at 7:00 p.m.
Chris Koozer of Norfolk High will lead the White Team and Johnnie Ostermeyer of Crofton will lead the Red Team.
“They have done an outstanding job of selecting their roster and plan on having a fun week for their respective teams,” board president Andrew Carlson said. “We hope all the players, families and fans of northeast Nebraska continue to have a great experience with this game, as there are so many talented players and passionate fans in Northeast Nebraska.”
Joining Koozer on the White side will be Matt Skiff and Ken Swanson (Norfolk), Ryan Miller (Lyons-Decatur Northeast), Dalton Tremayne (West Point Beemer), and Kalin Koch from Twin River.
“I'm honored for the opportunity to coach some of the top talent from Northeast Nebraska,” Koozer said. “I am also excited to coach with some really good coaches from around the area. It will be a great experience.”
Joining Ostermeyer on the Red sideline will be John Connot (Crofton), Jaxson Kant (Lutheran High Northeast), Andy Osborne (West Holt), Tyler Legate (Pierce) and Jon Baue (Wausa Osmond).
"I am deeply honored to be selected as the head coach for the Northeast Nebraska All-Star Football Classic,” Ostermeyer said. “This game is more than just a competition; it’s a meaningful opportunity for outstanding athletes from across the region to proudly represent their schools and communities with unique talents alongside peers from all classifications."
Officials for the 2026 All Star game will be Referee Larry Wells, Umpire Jordan Wells, Linesman Travis Baumann, Line Judge Kyle Finke, Back Judge Shane Anderson.
